Fully automated electroplating factory
Electris Coating Systems modern electroplating factory is an automated complex consisting of a number of components and interdependent systems.
Starting from the technological transport system, through loading and unloading stations, dozens of electroplating baths, systems for automatic dosing of chemical additives, systems for drying workpieces, ventilation systems, to the automatic control system that supervises the operation of the entire plant.
Electris Coating Systems' electroplating factory has a capacity of several million dm2 per year. The implemented solutions allow us to offer a wide range of plating thicknesses from 1 μm to 50 μm. We are able to electroplate components with a maximum length of 2100 mm.
Software to ensure repeatability of electroplating processes
Electris Coating Systems' electroplating factory is equipped with advanced control systems that allow us to fully monitor and control the entire process. Dosing mechanisms, which are an integral part of the electroplating line, are responsible for the precise monitoring and replenishment of the composition of the electroplating bath. They are equipped with a set of sensors, regulators and dosing pumps that ensure optimal process quality. Once all the data has been processed and analysed, precision dosing pumps are activated to deliver the appropriate amounts of chemicals to the bath. Additional testing of the composition of the plating bath by our laboratory, gives us confidence that the production fluids are suitable.
The use of modern IT solutions, allows us to collect production, measurement and diagnostic data.
This guarantees the stability of processes, which ultimately translates into premium quality of manufactured parts.
Two transportation systems
Our electroplating factory has two transport systems: rack and barrel.
This allows us to galvanize both very small, small parts and those much larger, with complex geometries. Such a solution also allows us to offer nickel plating, silver plating or nickel plating processes for both lower product series and high volume quantities.

The division into two segments makes it possible to optimize processes for different materials, which increases the durability and functionality of the final products.
The Electris Coating Systems electroplating building and electroplating processes are isolated from the rest of Electris' production, which deals with mechanical processing of copper and aluminum (cutting, punching, milling, turning, grinding, bending, etc.).
All the solutions used in our electroplating plant allow us to offer a completely complementary and comprehensive process for the treatment of components and the application of appropriate coatings, while maintaining full control over the quality of individual processes and the final product.
