Electris Coating Systems' electroplating plant is fully automated and equipped with software to ensure process repeatability. In addition to automatic dosing systems, it has control systems that allow us to fully monitor and control the entire process. Automatic conveyors transfer workpieces between successive process baths, and bath parameters are continuously monitored by a computer system. All this gives us confidence that our processes run smoothly and the silver, nickel or tin coatings produced are of the highest quality.

Electroplating processes are isolated from the part of production that deals with mechanical processing of copper and aluminium (cutting, punching, milling, turning, grinding, bending, etc.). This allows us to offer our customers a completely complementary and comprehensive process of processing and application of appropriate coatings, while maintaining full control over the quality of individual processes and the final product.

Our Electris Coating System electroplating plant is a guarantee of environmental safety. It is equipped with advanced solutions for:

• the system of purification and recovery of technological water - thanks to an advanced and efficient purification system, purified technological fluids are returned to the technological process and circulate in a closed circuit, which means that we do not waste a single drop of water. In addition, all waste generated in the production process is properly managed.
• Process heat recovery and reuse system.

Ongoing monitoring of all processes performed allows precise control of all parameters of plating baths and process fluids. Thanks to these solutions, we can be sure that our electroplating plant meets the highest ecological standards and that production is safe for the environment.
