Internal wastewater treatment plant

The wastewater treatment plant we have at Electris Coating Systems are state-of-the-art, enabling efficient and effective removal of impurities from the substances used in the electroplating process. Monitoring and automation systems guarantee precise control of the parameters of the production fluids being treated, which is key to achieving high process efficiency. 

Our treatment plant is equipped with a system for the collection, analysis and presentation of production and diagnostic data.

All containers are equipped with level sensors that continuously monitor waste fluid levels. The process water passes through various filters, eliminating fine particles, organic matter and any impurities from the water.

At the end of the process, an analysis of the treated liquid is carried out. If any of the parameters o are not met, the process water is sent for re-treatment and neutralisation.

This ensures that the purified liquid can be returned for reuse in the plating bath.
